The kids' first day of school in Fall 2015. Asher is in 4th Grade, RuthAnne is in 3rd Grade, and Katie is in 1st Grade. They all got up super early this morning and got ready lickety-split by getting dressed and even making their own lunches! Way to help Mommy out... Yeah! I missed them as I waved goodbye, and then when I closed the door, I breathed a sigh of relief to have some time alone to myself. I actually felt motivated to do dishes again. My solitude didn't last long (Ani woke up soon thereafter), but it was nice to have a little break. And I look forward to catching up on a lot of chores (including this blog). I also look forward to them coming home again and telling me all about their first day.
So here's the deal-e-o, I'm going to attempt to remain current on the blog, while updating the past year simultaneously. I have a plan that I think will work. Wish me luck! :)

| RuthAnne had her heart set on these fashion glasses we found at Target, so we gave in. What can I say? We're major pushovers. She's worn them to the Ice Cream Social Open House and now, on the first day of school. She is now in 3rd Grade. |
