Flying Solo in July

In July 2010, I took off to Texas to spend some time with my fam while Mason was busy at scout camp. We went to the Fort Worth Botanical Garden to take family photos for our annual Wondy of all Wondies Family Calendar. It was utterly gorgeous, and really humid! Check out how big the hibiscus flowers in the entryway are!

I loved watching these girls play together. They're all about the same age.

My Best Friend's Wedding

One of my best friends, Natalie Jones, got married last June 2010! I flew by myself to Denver, Colorado and fell in love with Colorado. Mason and I want to move there in the next few years. Natalie and her husband make a charming couple, and I had a blast spending time with my other best friend, Aubrey. We ate at Cafe Rio, which is oh so delicious!!!!
The temple ceremony was beautiful. What a privilege it was for me to be able to attend. I enjoyed seeing Lana, Brittney, and Cameron too. We're all growing up! It's crazy!
The receptions were beautiful and a lot of fun. The first reception was the night before the wedding in a cultural hall. There was delicious Mexican food and a live mariachi! They were excellent. The other reception was in an elegant reception hall. After the catered dinner, there was dancing. I actually danced in public, I was having that much fun.
