Lake Palestine

This post is to bid farewell to the lake house in Chandler, Texas next to Lake Palestine.  We had a lot of fun times there, and here are some photos of our last times swimming in the lake.  Thanks Mom and Dad for all the fun we have when we come to visit.  We look forward to making new memories in Utah!

Here Ani is at her mischief throwing swimming noodles into the lake.
And not feeling a bit remorseful...
 And watching them float out.
And Daddy retrieving them all... (more pics to come below)...

My handsome husband.  :)  Heeee!  :)

Buddies swimming together (RuthAnne and Ash).

Party on!

Beautiful girl...

More pics of Mason chasing noodles... they really went quite far.

Here are the kids enjoying a chocolate donut after their long labors of swimming.

Silver Sandals

Grandma Wardle got RuthAnne some new sandals that are silver and sparkly.  RuthAnne LOVES them, of course!  Thanks so much.  :)

Taiko Drums

Asher had a speaking part to introduce his grade's Taiko Drum assembly.  He really loved doing the drums, and while he was doing it, he took it VERY seriously.  :)

Ruthie's Garden Show

RuthAnne played one of the parts for Winter in her Garden Show.  She did a great job!  I always love to hear her sing.

Josh

Meet Josh!  He is Katie's pet for her 5th birthday.  She named him herself.

Dancing in the Kitchen

Love this video of both girls dancing to the Nutcracker in the kitchen.  RuthAnne really has an ear for music in learning the melody and also in memorizing lyrics.  I love Ani's head jiggle and her runner's lunge stance when she dances.

BUGZ

Asher was an Army Ant in his 2nd grade musical, BUGZ.  He did a FANTASTIC job as you can watch and see for yourself.

Making faces while waiting for the show to begin.

The video was too much memory...but I'll try to fix it soon.

Camp Cooper

Asher's class had a field trip to a place called Camp Cooper here in Tucson.  It's a place where you learn about the desert where we live.  It also has fun activities to do like making cookies, according to Asher.  Mason was one of the volunteers there and commented that Asher had LOTS of questions for the classes he attended.

I'm Prego with #5!

So excited when my test was positive!
